What you're looking at is the always-on module version of the Rogue. It is also available in traditional pedal format.
The Rogue is a fantastic do-it-all, dual-mode dirt box that can be used as an overdrive to further push an already-distorted amp (in LO gain mode) or as a standalone saturated distortion in front of a clean amp (in HI mode). It is our take on the classic Rat circuit, and it even uses the increasingly hard to find LM308N opamp that was used in early Rat pedals.
This version of the Rogue is meant to be used with a pedal switching system. Its single bottom-mounted 1/4" stereo jack takes care of both input and output. Simply use an insert/Y cable (we highly recommend the EBS ICY-30 insert cable for this purpose) between the Rogue module and your pedal switcher to gain the ability to turn it on and off. Since there are no side-mounted jacks, all you need to fit the Rogue module on your pedalboard is about 1.5" of horizontal board space!
